I take pride in never forgetting that this is not just a job. I am playing a role in helping families make their dreams come true! Having grown up most of my life in Hawaii, I have always been drawn to beaches. I moved to Oceanside in 1995 and the rest is history!  I started my career in Real Estate almost 20 years ago and during this time also became a loan officer. I truly love what I do and I am honored to get the privilege of working with all types of different people and helping them achieve their dream. My love for North County San Diego and the people in it drew me to the Juncal Team.

North County is my home! My oldest daughter grew up in Oceanside and played Pop Warner Cheer, my son currently plays Pop Warner, and my youngest daughter does dance. I believe I have been blessed with a career that I love waking up to each day and helping those who never knew homeownership was possible.

Christy Butler brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her clients. Prior to her career as a Realtor she spent 15 years as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser allowing her to truly understand market analysis, operating income and market trends. Christy’s conscientious nature coupled with her extensive expertise on the unique offerings of neighborhoods in San Diego County and South Riverside County will quickly show you why working with her is the smart choice when buying or selling a home. Christy’s first year as a Realtor she won a Rising Star Award given by the California Department of Real Estate and Young Professionals Network, only 18 agents in the entire state of California were chosen.

Q: What are you passionate about when it comes to your job?

A: "I enjoy helping people. As a real estate agent, I have the opportunity to help individuals make one of the biggest decisions in their lives and make their dreams a reality!"

Q: What are your customer service tactics?

A: "Customer service follow-up is my number one priority. I have an innate ability to take a complicated process and help my clients understand each step of the process."

Christy loves the business of real estate. When she is not searching the market for new and upcoming homes, she loves spending time relaxing at the beach, boating on a lake, off-roading in the desert, camping anywhere, riding bikes or playing a round of golf. Christy stays extra active with her husband Danen and two dogs Roxy and Odie by walking them at the beach. She has two step-sons with one soon to be daughter-in-law. She also has one son who is in the Army Reserve and a Carlsbad Police Officer.
